Capitol Forest, Washington
Gravel cycling event
Capitol Forest's notoriously tough gravel race returns for 2027: logging roads, singletrack, and whatever the Olympia spring weather throws at you.
Cascadia Super Gravel is back in Capitol State Forest outside Olympia on April 24, 2027, with registration opening December 1, 2026. Running since 2017, the race has built a reputation as a mountain biker's gravel race, mixing steep logging-road climbs with singletrack, hike-a-bikes, and tricky navigation, often in rough spring weather. Recent editions offered 100-, 50-, and 30-mile courses; 2027 distances have not been announced yet.
